Cancellation policy

A booking is not considered complete until the owner receives the signed rental agreement and booking deposit. 

If guest cancels in writing (email) at least 30 days before check-in, a full refund of received funds less any identified processing fees will be returned via the same method as funds received within 7 days of cancellation. 

If guest cancels in writing (email) less than 30 days but before 7 days of check-in, a 50% refund of received funds less any identified processing fees and the cleaning fee will be returned via the same method as funds received within 7 days of cancellation.

No refund will be granted if guest cancels within 7 days of the check-in date.
Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing or administrative fees identified in this agreement are non-refundable.
